Steps to Get GOI Subsidy on Rooftop Solar Panel – Installation Tips (Image by Gazi Jamal Uddin from Pixabay)

The Indian government’s rooftop solar scheme is called the “PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.” The purpose of this program is to incentivize individuals to mount solar panels on their roofs in order to support the use of renewable energy sources and benefit households. The government provides families with up to 3 kW of rooftop solar system installation subsidies under this program. For systems with a capacity of up to 2 kW, the subsidy pays 60% of the total cost; for systems with a capacity of between 2 and 3 kW or more, it pays 40% of the additional cost. For a 1kW system, the subsidy amount is approximately Rs 30,000; for a 3kW or larger capacity system, it is Rs 78,000.

Households must also use solar panels that are “Made in India” and have the system installed by a vendor listed on the portal who has been approved by the government. In particular in rural areas, the program enables households to make money by installing charging stations for electric cars and two-wheelers. Applying for this plan involves going to the official website  given below where users can complete a series of steps that include registration, approval of the feasibility, installation, net metering, and receipt of subsidies.

Through the Government of India plan, you can apply for and obtain a rooftop solar panel subsidy by following the above steps, which will increase the affordability and accessibility of solar energy for residential homes and above all you can make money and save money through the green energy.

Home Solar Panel Installation Tips

In order to achieve maximum performance and efficiency while installing solar panels on a roof, there are a few things to take into account. The following are the main procedures for installing solar panels on a roof.

  1. Examine Roof Conditions: Based on your roof’s age, condition, position toward the sun, amount of shade it receives, and slope, you can decide whether or not to install solar panels. Make sure the roof has enough support for the panels’ weight and is angled properly to receive the most sunlight possible.
  2. Determine Your Sunlight Exposure: Determine how much sunlight your roof receives in order to calculate the solar panels’ potential for energy generation. Increased solar radiation results in increased energy production and cost savings.
  3. Think About Roof Type: Different roof types could call for different solar panel installation techniques. Make sure the mounting system is appropriate for the type of roof you have to avoid damage and guarantee a safe installation.
  4. Select the Installation Technique: Depending on the circumstances surrounding your home, choose between installing ground-mounted or roof-mounted solar panels. The most popular choice for residential installations is rooftop solar, which provides an effective means of utilizing solar energy.
  5. Speak with Experts: Consult with solar experts or contractors to evaluate the compatibility of your roof, choose the best location for your solar panels, and make sure that your solar panels are in compliance with utility and municipal standards.
  6. Think About Your Financial Options: Take into consideration your financial status, state legislation, and utility policies when deciding whether to buy or lease a solar system. Renting a system has less up-front costs and maintenance obligations, but purchasing a system entitles you to the electricity generated, tax benefits, and other incentives.

Installing solar panels on your roof is a simple way to harness solar energy, save your electricity costs, saving money and support environmental sustainability.

Navigating a Bad Day at Work-Simple Strategies for Success https://www.newskart.com/navigating-a-bad-day-at-work-simple-strategies-for-success/ Fri, 08 Mar 2024 10:33:13 +0000 https://www.newskart.com/?p=108056 Navigating a Bad Day at Work-Simple Strategies for Success
Navigating a Bad Day at Work-Simple Strategies for Success

Everybody has those difficult workdays or bad day at work where everything feels a little too much to bear. The ability to handle difficult situations—such as looming deadlines, unforeseen setbacks, or interpersonal difficulties—is essential to preserving your wellbeing and output. We’ll look at a few straightforward yet powerful techniques in this post to help you get through a challenging workday.

1. Take a Breath and Pause
When the pressure begins to build, pause, take a deep breath, and step back. Breathing deeply might help you relax and give you a moment to gather your thoughts. This easy exercise might help you avoid rash decisions and provide you more mental clarity when facing obstacles.

2. Divide Tasks into Manageable Steps
If you have a large to-do list and are feeling overwhelmed, divide the tasks into smaller, easier to accomplish segments. By focusing on one task at a time, you can restore control over your burden by making it seem less overwhelming.

3. Prioritize and Delegate
Examine your to-do list and rank the items according to significance and urgency. Give coworkers some duties if at all possible using team collaboration tools. A collaborative work environment can be promoted and the load can be lessened by sharing the workload.

4. Seek Support from Colleagues
Never be embarrassed to ask your coworkers for assistance. Speaking with others about difficulties fosters collaboration among teammates and offers a new perspective. Collaborating and sharing the workload might help make difficult days easier to handle.

5. Take Short Breaks
Take little pauses during the day to refresh yourself. Stretch at your work, go for a walk, or just get some fresh air outside. Engaging in physical activity can reduce stress and elevate your mood.

6. Practice Positive Self-Talk
Toxic comments need to be replaced with positive ones. Remind yourself of previous accomplishments and concentrate on finding answers rather than indulging in issues. Having a positive outlook will make it easier for you to overcome obstacles.

7. Disconnect During Lunch
Take advantage of your lunch break to take a break from work. Refrain from worrying about unfinished business or reading emails. Take part in your favorite pastimes, such as reading, listening to music, or having a quick nap. You can refocus your attention for the remainder of the day by taking a mental vacation.

8. Set Boundaries
Establish clear limits between your personal and work lives. Make time for relaxing activities and try not to bring work-related stress home with you. Establishing boundaries is a healthy way to balance work and life.

9. Reflect and Learn
After a difficult day, pause to consider what went well and what might have been done better. Take lessons from failures and think about how you might handle similar circumstances better in the future.

10. Plan for Tomorrow
Make plans for the next day before you leave work. Make a to-do list, prioritize your work, and establish reasonable goals. Having a plan in place will help give you control and direction, which can help you feel more good about the next workday.

Conclusion

Resilience and success over the long run are influenced by the ability to handle a bad day at work. By adopting these easy techniques into your daily routine, you can deal with obstacles gracefully, take care of your health, and create a productive workplace for both you and those around you. Recall that everyone has bad days at work from time to time, but how you handle them matters a lot.

  6. Installation of anti-theft devices – By installing anti-theft devices, you can enhance the protection of the vehicle. The insurance company will decrease the premium if it is aware of the augmented protection of the bike.
  7. Buying add-on covers – You can buy add-on covers as per your needs. You should not subscribe to features, which are not relevant to your bike or location. Thus, you can reduce the premium by customizing the insurance plan.
  8. Comparison of insurance plans – You can compare the insurance plans offered by various companies so that you can settle for the best insurance plan.
  9. Multi-year insurance plan – By buying an insurance policy for more than one year, you can get discount on the premium.
  10. Transfer of insurance policy – If you buy used vehicle, it is possible to transfer the insurance policy from the previous owner so that you will enjoy the benefits of the insurance plan.

Insurance and IDV of Vehicle

IDV (Insured Declared Value) will play an important role in the calculation of the insurance premium. The insurance company will pay compensation for the loss or damage to the vehicle based on the IDV.

Conclusion

Before buying a two wheeler insurance plan, you should assess your risk factors. It is also important to go through the policy wording so that you will subscribe to all the required features and will omit unwanted clauses. By buying an online insurance policy, you can customize features as per your needs and it is possible to buy a policy at a competitive price.
